Hello. There appears to be an infection in your tooth. You require an x-ray of the tooth and may need to undergo a root canal treatment.
Please visit a dentist at the earliest to get your root canal treatment done.
Please do not take self medications and avoid antibiotics unless prescribed by your doctor.

When your cavity is nearer to pulp, in such cases only, first it will be filled with a temporary filling with a medicament underneath and then after 6-8 weeks, you may be recalled for a permanent filling. This is called indirect pulp capping. This is done usually to deep fillings to avoid RCT. But as your pain is persistent and worsened, better go for an RCT and please complete your antibiotic course.
Don't self medicate, it can aggravate your problem.
Consult with doctor online or offline.
It seems like its a case of infection in tooth. X ray is required to know the extent of cavity and infection.
Try to maintain good oral hygiene. Rinse oral cavity rigorously whenever you eat something.
