Hello mam, small cavity can be filled using cement. If the cavity is big and involves pulp and pain it would most probably go for pulpectomy (RCT in children).
Next Steps
visit your dentist

Hello, If your daughter is in pain, you should visit a Paediatric Dentist. She might need Pulpectomy(rct) . And the cavities need fillings too.
Next Steps
Get an OPG (full mouth X-ray ) done so that the actual condition can be assessed.
Health Tips
In children , cavity usually progresses very rapidly, so it is important to take good care of your daughter ‘s oral hygiene .
