Dear practo user
Extractions are always considered the last options for DENTAL treatment. There will be treatments that can save the teeth, because conservation of natural teeth helps in preserving alveolar bone, chewing efficiency, naturally, and no prosthetic appliance, including implants, can serve like natural teeth. Please get yourself checked thoroughly first, and in case of worst prognosis and if your teeth are beyond repair, only if your dentist suggests removal is the best option available, only then proceed cautiously. Even if the prognoses are for a short period of time, proceed to save them rather than removal. And you are just 33 years old. This is definitely not a right age to get extraction done.
Next Steps
consult your dentist, if those teeth are beyond repair and the advantages of their removal far outweighs saving them, then and only then get them removed, that too after carefully considering both advantages and disadvantages of the extractions
Health Tips
follow proper protocols, considered as standards. Just because teeth have cavities doesn't mean you need extractions
