Most often this can be managed conservatively . However a clinical examination / online consultation will be needed.

Carpal tunnel syndrome Is a nerve problm . Where one nerve called median nerve  get compressed in the wrist area in soft tissue. We can try conservative management like with medicine and physiotherpy. And avoid some life style modification. To prevent further pressure on it. If there is sever pain , tingling numbess heaviness in hand or fingers  and unable to do daily simple  work. Feel weakness in. Hand grip. Then. It's better to consult , get her examined and Surgically release soft tissue and remove nerve compression. Procedure take only 30 min simple routine and clean surgery . Same day patient goes home .
