Yes u can try conservative treatment intially if ur not relived by conservative symptoms u should go for surgery depending on ur symptoms, as progression to severe compression may cause atrophy of ur muscles in the hand

It can be managed with medicines n physiotherapy.  However it depends on the response to conservative measures and the severity. Optimum conservative trial needs to be offered initially.

Medications are tried for 6 weeks, if no relief then can go for simple decompression procedure.

Thank you for your question. If it’s carpal tunnel syndrome then you definitely need surgery to decompress it because if not treated it can lead to thenar muscle atrophy and which will further complicate the problem. Medication is for symptomatic relief and to buy time for test.
Next Steps
You have to do a NCV(Nerve study) for documentation as it’s diagnosis is more clinical.
Health Tips
You need to See a Hand Specialist.
