In a well done job, chances of recurrence are not common. But, similar symptoms can be produced by other causes as well. It requires a great deal of workup before you call it surgical failure of decompression procedure.

Recurrence can occur.after long time of first surgery.get it confirmed first..if required can go for re surgery.
