When i fall asleep I feel numbness and sweating n cant sleep due to same anxiety or disorder its almost a week doc. PRESCRIBED me Jubinerv capsules, lycopene multivitamin capsule but 2 days no help I've High MCV(103) MCH (33.9) i've had similar experience a year ago but it went away in 2 days but not this time I feel its V-B12 deficiency i need hlp
