I don't think that is a big issue, I would suggest you try diverting your mind away from over thinking by either concentration on your work or getting a hobby, try doing this for two weeks and you will see that gradually the stress or over thinking will reduce. Also start analyzing your thoughts and discard the unwanted thoughts from time to time and make sure your mind doesn't bring them back from time to time. This practice will automatically give you a control over your thoughts and eventually will improve your quality of life.
