A continuous stream of thoughts can disturb our sleep. I d suggest when this happens. Write all your thoughts down as explicitly and in detail as possible. Without bothering about whether it makes grammatical sense or not, but the idea is to put down your thoughts in words as they are going ok in your head. Once everything is out of your system you ll realise you feel better. Read and re-read wat you have written to identify whats bothering you and introspect how you could resolve the issues at hand.
