Can I get pregnant again? I had missed miscarriage at 8 weeks later found out that ANA profile is positive for anti mi 2 antibody i have hand pain and swelling the symptoms started during pregnancy in april and i still have it but not that severe and also there is suspected Sjögren's syndrome
