Can I fix my neck hump?

I seem to have a neck hump which is very bony instead of fat deposits. Can it be reversed if the bone itself has formed that way?

This usually is not bony. Its more of a postural issue. Get an xray done to see the bone and start neck exercises. Follow good neck postures etc to rectify this. Thanks
Next Steps
Xray cervical spine ap and lat
