Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Appreciate your interest to get into yoga. Morning is preferably good time for yoga . However if you can't spare morning, anytime is fine. Only condition is, should be done with empty stomach or min 2hrs gap after food.
If not yoga, follow any other 30 min excersise routines.
