Hi thanks for queries. First thing Whether calorie calculated rightly or not? If it is right or proper as per u then u v to work as normal daily u do then your calculated calorie will be utilized as u taken carb protien, fat etc. If u do not take sufficient foods any one out of these three C.P.F then some amount calorie remain balanced. That u can fill by other foods,snacks .EXERCISES is mainly for burning extra fat deposting in body because of less work,no work in respect of your goal calorie or present u v calculated. If your calorie as same as foods u taking whole day then no separate exercises needed. ok??.u can write I'd any doubt!!
