Calcium and Iron supplements

In the second trimester how much dose of calcium and iron is required. And can it be taken in regular diet instead of supplements?

Iron and calcium is necessary in pregnancy..calcium 1.2gm and iron 60mg depend upon ur hemoglobin...in pregnancy requirment is more. So u should take iron and calcium

OFCOURSE IT CAN BE TAKEN IN REGULAR DIET BUT THEN THE PATIENTS OFF ONLY MISSESS IT.
