The calcification are due to previous infection focus like pus.  Not to worry. I need more clinical history like evening rise of temperature,  loss of weight,  etc

Treatment for liver calcification depends entirely on the underlying cause, and small, harmless spots often require no treatment at all. When intervention is necessary, options include monitoring with regular scans, medications for underlying infections or inflammation, or surgery to remove problematic nodules or masses.

You have any other symptoms? Otherwise it is not much of a concern.

Calcified spots in liver usually occur due to healed infections like abscesses, T.b., etc. There is nothing to worry. Please share if you have any symptoms,  get liver function tests done and share results. Then I can guide you further.
