C-section lifting weights

My friend had c section 6 weeks back from 2 days she's lifting her 1st child lifting her will it harm to her stitches is it will be any problem

If she is lifting her child, nothing will happen to her stitches.

Yes the stitches heal well untill 6 weeks.Ideally we suggest not to do weight training or lift more than 7 kgs weight upto 3 months or to wear a Post partum belt. Or a condition called Diastasis recti and muscle weakness can be resulted.
