As I have severe back pain and I'm unable to sit Long hours and I want medical certificate and also treatment should be provided.

Hello dear user for medical certificate you have to consult personally and for back pain you can take tab Calcimax 500 mg once a day for 3 months,and tab flexon one tab sos,and also take calcirol D3 sachet one tab weekly for 8 weeks.
