Buzzing sensation left side of the head

I have been having constant buzzing sensation in the left side of my head for more than a week now. I have had it earlier also but it never lasted more than a day or two and it always went away after I woke up in the morning. No headache or pain. Just feel the buzz and feel it more when sitting idle or when my mind is not diverted to any other work.
