Hi sir, My tongue is burning badly since 2 weeks. From 2 days my front teeth is also paining continously. Pls help

Any sharp teeth in your mouth or severe deposits can also cause this kind of discomfort .. need to see clinical pics to evaluate and prescribe medication / procedure accordingly

Change your toothpaste and don’t apply any sharp objects on your tongue(like metal tongue cleaners,etc) . And visit a dental clinic for a complete checkup.
