I frequently feel burning sensation after stool, since few months. This lasts for about 1 hr after stool. It doesn't occur due to stool passing but due to wipening. It doesn't happen when I cautiously and smoothly wipe. But that's too sensitive and  even if I wipe a little strong, sensation starts.There is no other complication. What should I do?

Most likely cause is fissure in ano but other causes are also possible. Proper treatment can heal it completely but incomplete treatment leads to recurrence and complications.
