Can burn dressing cause fever  ??? Can paracetamol reduce the fever ?? After giving paracetamol fever reduce from 100.2 to 98 then after a few hours it reaches to 100 again

Burns wounds are notorious for getting infection. I don't know what was the percentage of burns in your case. Proper nursing care and BEST antibiotics are required
