Bulge between l5 and S1

I have a disc bulge between l5 and s1, How long does it take to heal if I am going through physiotherapy treatment. As per my MRI I can see little less fluid between d6 and d12 as compared to l1 to l5. So it is normal of I have some problem.

What are your symptoms...back pain or leg pain....if leg pain..one side or both legs ..duration of symptoms...any tingling sensation in legs...can u bend forward without pain...how long can u stand, sit or walk?
