Dear Doctors, Please help with which brown rice.is the best to eat for weight loss and cholesterol We have semi boiled brown rice, brown rice and boiled brown rice. Which would be the best. Please help us out

Hi Can use any rice which is pocket friendly to you Make sure you mix veggies and curries then the rice. increase your fibre and protein intake rather than carbs and avoid fats i e High oil intake for cooking,avoid pickels and oil foods. limit your salt intake have a fruit daily in your diet to increase your METABOLIC ACTIVITY.
