Sometimes pus around the tooth cause serious pain.Need to take an x-ray to confirm for the the problem. Can be easily solved by doing Root canal treatment after confirmation with the xray.

From the given clinical photograph &history it seems that, the tooth is fractured due to accident and after that from the last 2 -3 months there is pain which last for 1 to 2 days .
