Broken right ankle

I have a problem in my right ankle which faced a old comminuted fracture lateral malleolus with few foci of bone marrow edema and also getting a problem in ligaments so how should i free from this prblm . I faced this fracture from last 3 yrs

You can get your ankle reconstructed if there is a malunion. Share x-rays.
