Orthodontic treatment has limitations with advancing age. You need to get a consultation and some x-rays done then we can advise you better way as how much movement can be possible. If not possible by orthodontic treatment or if you want faster results orthognathic surgery is a very viable option. But then again everything depends on your facial measurements. Visit us at Face hospital, ambawadi, Ahmedabad. We are a team of doctors from India's top notch hospital AIIMS new delhi.

There are two reasons for malocclusion or crooked teeth. Dental and skeletal reasons. Dental malocclusion can be treated until 35 years of age but skeletal malocclusion can be treated only till 12 years of age using braces. After the growth period skeletal malocclusion can be treated by orthognathic surgery

Theoretically, braces can be put at any age..... it's only the duration of the treatment that increases because of increased density of bone with advancing age..... you are not too late to opt for braces...... please visit an orthodontist for a proper clinical examination and an advice about the best treatment options available in your case..... Regards.....

Hi, age is never a limitation for straightening of tooth . Health of your gums or periodontal tissue  can determine whether you can go ahead with braces or not. Patients from 10years to 60years can opt for Orthodontic treatment if the periodontal or supporting structure of their tooth allows.
Next Steps
Consult a dental surgeon for proper evaluation and treatment plan.
Health Tips
Proper alignment of tooth will not only increase esthetics of your face but will also increase their life span as properly aligned tooth are more easy to clean and are less prone to dental pathologies.
