And Yesterday i went a clinic, They Tested my BP is 143/95 and Doctor told me Thats because of Anxiety and Tension, No need to take BP medicine for this 25 Age. "You need to change life style modification, exercise, avoid fast foods and drink plenty of water" doctor told me and he prescribed me "ISIVIT" tablets for 14 days. What tablet is this? and Also I have very anxiety and stressed about high BP. i can't control my anxiety and stress. Today morning I have very panic feeling in my chest not pain

Elevated BP during the visit to the hospital may have been due to anxiety and stress.Morever when you visit a hospital or clinic or whenever you measure the BP even at home ,it should be measured while you are relaxed ,at least 3 readings with 1 minute gap and take the average of last 2 readings. At this point you need non pharmacological treatment like restricted salt intake ,increased potassium intake, using fresh fruits and vegetables plus exercise  for 30-40 minutes a day for 5 days in a week.

I appreciate the way you’ve jotted down your querries in a small paragraph. Tab. Isivit is a multivitamin given to handle most of your vitamin deficiencies causing weakness. Ya!! You don’t need to take any medicine for your elevated BP right away, but need to maintain life style modifications. Hope this helps you calm down your anxiety levels a bit.
Next Steps
Not just modify the life style, instead maintain your life style modifications!!
