2025-03-11 07:51:34
Iam using olmezest H20 tab for hypertension, iam taking bp readings by automated bp monitor at home. My first reading very high, 2 and 3 readings are very normal. During my first reading iam very excited and anxiety. My doubt is which reading is considered first high reading or later readings. Pls suggest. Example. 1 150/75 2 120/70 3 117/70. Regards.

Whenever you are excited your bp and pulse rate rises. Always measure your bp after resting in a calm place for 10 minutes. Measure in sitting position in left arm. Your cuff should be at the level of heart. Only then your bp recordings will be correct. However I appreciate your interest in health and Bp monitoring. I need some more details regarding your other comorbidities.
Next Steps
continue same medications continue BP monitoring with above precautions and get back with your results
Health Tips
DASH diet - low salt, high fibre, low fat diet will reduce your bp (proven in studies)

Post-dengue weakness and tingling sensations can persist for several months due to nutrient deficiencies, nervous system effects, or post-viral fatigue syndrome. Additionally, your symptoms of dizziness, chest pain, and panic attacks may indicate an underlying issue like low blood pressure, anxiety, or vitamin B12 deficiency. Recommendations: 1. Blood Tests – Get tested for Vitamin B12, D3, hemoglobin, and thyroid levels. 2. Diet & Hydration – Increase intake of iron-rich foods, green leafy vegetables, and protein to regain energy. 3. Lifestyle Adjustments – Gentle exercises, breathing techniques, and proper hydration can help with recovery. 4. Medication – If anxiety and chest pain persist, a detailed evaluation is required before starting any medication. For a personalized treatment plan, I recommend scheduling a consultation. Feel free to reach out on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two.
