I am having bp 123/93 along with pulsating headache ... heart beat 83...pls suggest it's normal or high

Your diastolic bp is above 90, so it is considered high, we need to check 3-4 times, also your weight is above normal, so please consult as lifestyle changes may help to normalise bp.

Nothing alarming As diastolic on the higher side Relax for sometime And take again Your heart rate is fine No worries Take Dolo for headache Monitor the BP for next few days
