Knee pain at your age is essentially osteoarthritis. Try: 1. Local ice packs application. 2. Medications like Cartigen DN, Enzomac and Identical K2 will help. 3. Regular knee quadriceps exercises- static and knee bending . 4. Avoid sitting on floor and use English lavatory.
