the only wat to shred away belly fat is exercise. you should do more or abs exercise. also go for healthy food options like infused drink(take 1/2 slice cucumber, 1/2 slice lemon, 1 tsp grated ginger and 10 to15 mont leaves in 1 liter of water. keep that water in refrigerator for whole night and drink 1 cup it nex whole day of every 2 hours interval)
also to broaden your shoulder you should you should again go for exercise for shoulder.
