Hi
As far as body mass index (BMI) is concerned it is just a basic calculation.
Your weight in kgs divided by your height (in meters) whole squared.
For example if your weight is 60kgs and height is 5 ft. Then your height in meters will be 5 feet x 12 inches x 2.54 cm / 100 = Answer.
Then your BMI = Weight(kgs)/Answer x Answer
For your body composition you can visit any Nutrition Clinic nearby and get your body composition done. In this body composition you will be able to find out your muscle weight, your fat weight in both visceral and subcutaneous fat. However carbohydrates is not something that can be calculated because only a little of it is stored in the body in the form of glycogen.
I hope this helps.
Thanks
