Hello good morning. For the blood pressure recording please remember manual method is correct and accurate. but it will be difficult for you to record the blood pressure manually and only doctor can do it so nearby approximate measuring you can take digital BP apparatus and if you are having any doubt regarding the pressure then you can contact doctor.
