Blood pressure reading
I saw my blood pressure for a week and morning reading is always fine (between 120-130/70-75).
In the evening when I check after 5 minutes of resting after work it comes as ( 150-155/80-82) but when I check after 30-40 minutes of rest it comes as (120-130/70-75).
Do I have high blood pressure or not ?is less then 140/80 a resting reading only ?
