high blood pressure is not a major issue because this condition can manage easily by some measure but it is important to control if this condition is persist it will lead to serious problem because it may develop to stroke ,heart disease so it is very important .

Yup it is subject of concern because ur age is nly 30.and i will advise u to take both medicines and in few days i m sure that we will decrease the dose of allopathy medicines after monitoring ur BP....allopathy medicine will control ur BP but at these age u have to think about your internal organs also because these mwdicines have side effects on other organs....

3. Nagardi churna + jatamnasi + parwala...nagardi and jatamansi take 5 tsp and pravala 1 tsp mix all and take half tsp twice a day...

Sir you need to provide some details regarding your problem like what's the reading of the blood pressure these days ,since how many months or years you got to know about the blood pressure .family history of obesity and high blood pressure ,the medicines you are taking ,any headaches , anxiety ,pain in chest and hearing sounds of heart beat etc .
