Blood pressure fluctuations
My father is experiencing low and high blood pressure. kindly tell the range of BP which should be normal at the age of 68. Also what should be done to immediately bring BP at normal level, if high BP or low BP occurs. please tell for both situations. Also suggest for whole day routine and diet.
What is the range of the BP that ur father is having? The normal range is from 110 to 140 systolic and 70 to 90 diastolic at his age. If this is the range that he is maintaining he is ok. If there is a fluctuation beyond this u need to see a physician
