As per your explanation it may be anal fissures with or without pile mass --any way consult a surgeon soon--as per the condetion he will give you medicines or advice surgery. Until meeting doctor mobilekindly take plenty of vegetable salads ; fresh fruits and drink plenty of water ;avoid junk food ; take a dose of a fibre based laxative before sleep.have warm saline bath for local area daily.Don’t be paranoid- Your problem is not a serious condition-and good and effective treatment is available-Your positive happy mental attitude and smiling are most important medicines for controlling your health problems

Hello .. Please if you have undergone surgical evaluation and it’s fissure there as per you then just do simple steps to prevent constipation . As constipation will aggravate anal fissure and that can lead on to pain and blood in stools..
Next Steps
Keep yourself hydrated atleast 2 litres of water per day .. Take salads in your diet that is increase fibre content. Do physical activity .. Regular exercise .. Do not take much stress .. rest the medications for constipation ..
Health Tips
Go for complete blood count atleast once to look for Hb levels .. if you have any other query just let me know ..

From your symptoms and description you are suffering from Fissure. It is painful condition but there is no chance of developing cancer. But don't neglect it because it is terribly painful and because of pain your constipation will keep becoming worse.
