I am having discomfort in my right side lower stomach and also back pain and I have been experiencing frequent bowl movements and observers blood while passing stool frequently. Please check my blood test

Please get a stool test R/M. Nothing much in your cbc except a slightly low neutrophil count which must be correlated with symptoms.
Next Steps
best to consult with details like how many days you have had this issue,how frequently passing motion etc,any medication etc.
