Bloating and weight issues

2025-02-13 07:13:51
For the past 8-9 months I have been struggling with excessive bloating in my lower belly and I'm unable to lose weight. I'm 23 years old, my height is 157cm and my weight is 63kg. My periods last for only one day and after that I get mild spotting, I feel bloated all the time and I have been trying to lose weight for so many weeks but nothing is working earlier I used to lose weight easily in 1 or 2 weeks but now nothing, I don't eat much fast food also. And I think my period is getting affected because of it plus the constant bloating makes me feel uncomfortable all the time, there are days when I feel constantly hungry and some days I don't feel like eating at all along with all this I'm also always stressed and I have frequent headaches in one side of my head along with pain in eyes. Is this something serious?
