Feeling bloating after small meals or after a drink Was not feeling such thing few weeks ago Please advice how to get rid of such bloating

Sir Although there can be many reasons for bloating but most common cause is low stomach acid . Try apple cider vinegar 10-15ml ml in half a glass of water+ pinch of pink Himalayan salt 15-20 mins before meals.
