You have to use any antibacterial ointment to the blister and cover the blister area with the bandage . You make sure the blister area should clean . And cover it until it’s heals.
Next Steps
*swab the blister with iodine *use petroleum jelly *check the area every day *use padding if blister is on pressure area , such as the bottom area of foot

Leave it alone to heal, and cover it with a blister plaster. As long as it is covered, the wound is protected from infection. A blister should not be opened because the blister roof protects against additional infection. Plain petroleum jelly is a favorite among dermatologists for the treatment of wounds. Although the blister itself will act as a covering for the wound, if it happens to break, a person can cover the area with Vaseline and a bandage. This may promote healing of the area. Can also visit GP and take anti bacterial ointment.

Did u wear a new foot wear, actually blister will come due to friction or u started walking for a prolong time. It's not ideal to walk with blister,if u go for walking if it burst u may prone for infection. First cover the blister with bandage, let it subside automatically. Then u can start doing walking. Wear proper foot wear also to avoid friction to feet and fingers.
