A bit of bleeding for 24 hours is normal. Consult your surgeon if the bleeding persists more than that.

A little bleed can persist upto first 48 hours after extraction. Do not keep spitting or rinsing your mouth. Avoid hot and spicy food for first 24 hours. If there is a lot of bleeding consult your dentist

Bleeding usually stops in 15 min to half hour... Meaning by the time you are out of your doctor's cabin. If it persists beyond that your doctor should tell you precautions or add medication based on situation like 1. Complexity of procedure and bone removal 2. Presence of infection. 3. Other medical conditions (sugar etc) So if it is still bleeding kindly consult your Dentist.
