Bleeding gums when brushing and sometimes generally without any reason. Pain in molars from sweet/cold edibles. Plaque.

At your age, this can happen due to accumulation of plaque. Overall symptoms are suggestive of gum infection. Visit your dentist immediately to get basic hygiene therapy as a first step
