Bleeding from gums didn't stop at night I got bleeding problem from gums what should I do please suggest me

Get ur teeth entire oral cavity examined and if there is any chronic periodontitis or if there is any ..severe plaque accumulated then get scaling done and maintain ur oral cavity properly and do rinse mouth ..daily ..brush twice daily .for sure at night time
