My father had some problems in kidney and in heart due to this he take medicines and all are ok from last Saturday he had black stool for 3 times some dizziness as well as weakness he consulted with general physician,she gave some medicine as well as some test,think it is malina. My father had bad habit of empty stomach. Now tell me what to do I am too much scared.

There is possibility of upper gi bleed. Stool for occult blood to be done. May need upper gi Endoscopy. Discuss in details
