I am 24 year old boy from the last 6 months (approx) why i am producing BLACK SPECKS IN MY STOOL almost everytime i go to poop
And from the last 1-1.5 months i am having tremendous gastric issues,abdominal pain from nowhere,etc. I have given multiple blood test but every report is okay currently i am taking COLOSPA RETARD,ECONORM for this issue still its not improveing at all what should i do next
