Hii, a dcotor needs to first see it in person to diagnose it. No treatment can be given without examination. Please visit a doctor to get it properly treated.

From your description, it looks like a fungal infection. But difficult to confirm without examination. Many conditions mimic each other. Please schedule a consultation with a skin specialist and get proper treatment.
