Black spots inside mouth bed

2022-04-17 16:37:03
Iam on Anti TB drugs since five months and thyroxine 50mcg for thyroid. Since a month some black spots can be seen, and appear to burn when I have spicy food. They appear little rough too, some bruised. This is just not going away. I tried sore gel application but not helping. Why is it so? How will it go?

Seems to be because of TB and its drugs.
Next Steps
Consult your TB doctor first. Then consult MDS oral pathologist.

Its might be a side effect of the tb drugs. If you are feeling burning sensations, it needs more careful diagnosis.
Next Steps
Its advisable to visit the nearest dentist, preferably a MDS in oral medicine.
