Black spot on my all the molar tooth

I have black spot on my all the below molar tooth. O have not facing any discomfort or pain but I can see the black spot. How can o remove this as it is showing since past 9 years. I have need to do fillings because it is painful procedure and some time filled stuff remove from the teeth automatically

Hello Image suggestive of initial Caries and in this case Filling will not be a painful procedure.Composite or GIC filling can be done.Usually Fillings do not come out very easily so you can give it a try.

Looks like a dental caries or decay ! If u get it filled at an early stage u may not need complex procedures ! I understand u r worried about the discomfort during the filling ! But if u dont do it , it is possible that it will become a deep cavity !
