Black spot in mouth on cheek

I found black spot in mouth on my cheek on one side from last year but no pain no problem just have black spot from last year and its incresing in cheek but bo pain from last year..is it serious m worried ..is it cancer..or what?

Hi.. although many pigmentation are Normal in mouth if u want a diagnosis.. plz meet a dentist/ doctor nd they may guide u for biopsy for a medical diagnosis nd treatment. Dr Shweta

Looks normal to me. In case of any pain, irritation or burning sensation , visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).
